Customers should inspect household appliances, electrical spare parts, fans, cookware appliances and related accessories within 24 hours of receiving the parcel. Any request for return, refund or exchange should be made within 24 hours with clear photos or video of the parcel, product condition, packaging, order number and the issue found.

Returns may be reviewed for wrong item received, damaged item on arrival, missing parts, or clear product defects. Items must be unused, clean, not installed, not modified, and returned with original packaging, manuals, accessories and parts where applicable.

We may reject requests caused by wrong model selection, unsuitable compatibility, misuse, water/liquid damage, improper installation, normal wear, missing packaging, or damage after use. Electrical parts and appliance accessories must not be installed or altered before a return request unless we ask for testing evidence.
